Make A Slammin Drink for Summer!

The weather is finally heating up and what better way to celebrate the weekend then by BBQ'ing with friends and cooling off with a nice bevvy.

Our summer cocktail fave is a little twist on the regular mojito, we present the Lychee mojito!

28on27 Lychee Mojito

*Chilled high ball glass pulled from freezer  

*Rum your favorite brand
    •Carbonated Water/Club Soda
    • Lychee Syrup (use from the can the lychees came in)
    •Lime Wedges
    •Lychees
    •Fresh mint

OK muddle up your mint, Lychee syrup, a Lychee and lime wedge - use a cocktail shaker if you have one, if you don't find something you can shake with a lid.

Throw in ice - and rum - we reccommend a 2 second pour depending on taste (or if your pouring for your father in law)

SHAKE and POUR

into your chilled glass

Top with club soda and add one or two Lychees

*Dont drink? Under 21 crowd? Make a virgin version and substitute the rum for sprite! Delish!
